Mr. Quain remarked that the tradition grew from a simple small table with a pumpkin on it into the phantasmic installation. While the reading room is dawned with skulls, ghouls, demons and goblins, the students arrive during their assigned reading periods to hear Ms. Feldman and Mr. Quain read spooky stories and hopefully some Edgar Allen Poe-try.
