Halloween for Haiti Project
The Community Service Committee just finished its "Halloween for Haiti" project. The Committee sold Halloween candy grams to raise money to buy Christmas presents for students at Notre-Dame du Perpétuel Secours, an all-girls in Haiti.
The school is located in one of the poorest sections of Port-au-Prince. Ms. Viard, a teacher in the Language Department, is closely associated with this school and helped to organize this project. Each student will receive a gift bag with a bracelet and a few candy canes!
