If you find yourself on 89th Street (to sort through the lost and found, attend a concert or are just passing by) please leave time to admire the MS Art in the Lobby Showcases.  The main showcase has box constructions by Ms. Sirow's and Ms. Hanauer's Art classes.  The 5th grade  student artists were inspired by the work of Jospeh Cornell, Louise Nevelson & Sarah Sze.  In the right showcase you'll find 6th Grade Collages inspired by Henri Matisse from Ms. Sirow's classes. In the left showcase you'll see 8th grade mosaics and pastels from Ms. Bowen's classes.
