Middle and high school students and their math teachers celebrated Pi Day on March 14, 2012. The high school group sang to the tune of the recent pop song "Friday," renaming the song to "PiDay."
Math teacher/personality, Michael Sturm read one of his famous poems. Middle school students practiced their geometry skills to calculate the surface areas of actual pies for the celebration.
