High School Robotics Team Competes in Super Regionals
The Dalton Robotics Team represented New York City at the East Coast Super-Regional Championship in York, PA this past week. Competing among 72 teams from thirteen states between Maine and Virginia, one of our teams was the fourth place qualifying alliance captain in their division and qualified to compete at the FIRST World Championships.
In addition, Elana Simon won queen of the RoboProm. The FIRST World Championship is the Superbowl of the robotics world, and will be held in St Louis, MO on April 23-26. This is the farthest the high school team has ever progressed, and we are very proud of their efforts this year.
