ALA Youth Media Awards in the MS Library
The Dalton Middle School Libraries invites students and community members to discover the past year's recognized and award winning books. Announced Monday, January 22nd, the American Library Association Youth Media Awards recognize excellence and impact of Young Adult and Children's literature. Faculty and Staff Continue Dalton’s Long-standing Halloween Tradition of Reading Stories in the Haunted Library
The ghosts and ghouls of the Dalton Middle School celebrated our long-standing Halloween tradition with visits from faculty and staff who read scary stories in the Haunted Library. Throughout the week of Halloween, Houses and English classes visited to enjoy eerie scenes, jump scares, screams, and giggles. -
Hispanic & Latine Heritage Month
Join the MS Library in celebrating Hispanic and Latine Heritage Month (September 15 - October 15) through our curated selection of books. This national event is a great opportunity to highlight and honor a diverse range of Latine cultures, intersectional identities, contributions, figures, and stories past and present. We warmly invite you to drop by the MS Library to browse our displays and borrow books.
