The Development and Diversity Offices collaborate to build and sustain strong connections with Dalton alumni of color and LGBT alumni.
Examples include:
- The Alumni Diversity Task Force was established in 2004
- The Dalton Student Mentoring Program, founded in 1994, was reinvigorated in 2005. Dalton alumni of color serve as mentors for Dalton high school students of color.
