House 32 Students Count Apples, Taste Asparagus and Smell Herbs at The Farmers Market
House 32 students used their five senses at the Dag Hammarskjold Greenmarket. They took in all the sights and smells of the fresh produce, bread, fish and flowers. They counted the different types of apples, tasted asparagus with spring garlic, and each got to ask a question to one of the farmers. They also learned about compost collection and its importance. All of this information will help them prepare and run their own FP Greenmarket.
