Saturday work: 

Please be aware of upcoming Saturday work on June 24 and July 1 from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM pending good weather conditions. The construction work includes interior work as well as necessary rooftop modifications. There will be minimal impact to building access, vehicular traffic, and pedestrian walkways.

Anticipated street closure: 

89th Street will be closed for crane work from 9:00 AM to 8:00 AM on either June 27, 28, or 29. 

Building access and deliveries will be coordinated throughout the process. When the street is completely closed, Dalton will have a minimum of six flag persons and additional security on the street 24-hours a day to facilitate emergency vehicular access and safe pedestrian passage.
