Exterior work: 
Throughout next week, our construction team will upgrade the water service to our building in front of the school This work is a planned part of the expansion, and we anticipate no impact on our neighbors' water pressure throughout the installation process. 

Starting this Saturday, a trench will be dug from the front of the school reaching the middle of the street. Our construction team will test and inspect our installation throughout the middle of next week and anticipates completely restoring the street by next Saturday, 11/25. Concrete work is expected to take place on Wednesday, 11/22 and Saturday, 11/25. Temporary metal plates will cover any exposed areas. 

Our construction team will coordinate building access and deliveries throughout the process. We anticipate minimal impact to building access, vehicular traffic, and pedestrian walkways. 

Saturday work:
As outlined above, please be aware that exterior work will take place on November 18 and 25 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, pending DOB approval. 

Weekday construction hours: 
Construction work will occur during normal DOB construction hours on weekdays from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM with no exterior work beginning prior to 8:00 AM. No project deliveries will be permitted before 7:30 AM on weekdays. All dates and times are subject to change as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may impact the progress of work.
