Grade 7 Student Wins NY Society Library Young Writers Award
Seventh Grader Jai Glazer '23 was one of 7 winners from 300 entries submitted by students from 22 schools of the New York Society Library Young Writers Awards Competition for 2018! The Young Writers Awards (YWA) honor excellent writing by young members of the Library community. Jai's historical fiction story interwove a conspiracy theory involving Yuri Gagarin, the first person in space, with the Cuban Missile Crisis. We are all very proud of Jai!
