Acclaimed Author/Educator Ana Homayoun Speaks on Navigating Dilemmas Around School, Stress and Social Media

The Dalton Parent Topic Coffee Committee, together with the Trinity PA Health and Parenting Education Committee, organized a special presentation by acclaimed author and educator, Ana Homayoun on January 14. Ana spoke about the high expectations many individuals face in today's world, which fuel anxiety about never feeling good enough and believing that something is missing in their pursuit of achievement, success, and happiness. The video included below is available until February 10.
She summarized the findings from her three critically acclaimed books and her experience over the past two decades consulting with schools across the world and offered tools and solutions. She highlighted the modern-day dilemmas around school, stress, and social media, and showed how a shift in perspective and a focus on energy management can help students develop their own authentic blueprints for success and happiness in school and life. Her work is pragmatic and solutions-focused, helping tens of thousands of tweens and teens around the world pursue a purpose-filled life. Please contact Parent Topic Coffee Co-Chairs Freeda Fawal-Farah (freedafarah@gmail.com) or Durre Nabi (durre.nabi@gmail.com) with any questions.
