Middle School Students Create Object Color Wheels

While transitioning to online teaching MS Visual Art teachers found creative ways to lead their students into fun and meaningful endeavors.
MS teachers asked students to find materials and objects to make their own color wheel. Not knowing what students would have available to them at home made this assignment even more intriguing. Some classes in 4th-8th grades participated in this hunt for all colors to make their color wheel. Teachers were confident that the students would be able to do this asynchronous artwork, but they never expected the color wheels to be so beautiful and become a piece of art in and of themselves!
