Big Turnout at Inaugural Virtual Chess Friendly!

Sixty-five Dalton FP students participated in the first ever Dalton K-3 Virtual Friendly on October 9.  
Players and parents congregated in a Zoom room and played games simultaneously on the Lichess.org platform. In total, 65 students played 275 games over the course of two hours, with terrific effort from both experienced and newer players. The strength and stamina of these young players impressed our coaches. Thank you to all who participated! And please mark your calendars for the next Friendly on November 20.
