3rd Graders Create Smile Kits for Ukraine

Third Graders in Harriss House assembled dental kits to support Share A Smile, an organization dedicated to supporting dental health in Ukraine.

NYU Dental School student and Ukraine native Oksana Vasylyeva, who founded the cause, visited with the students on Wednesday to talk about the crisis in Ukraine and help assemble the supply kits to send to the Ukrainian people.
 
The 3rd graders of H43 put together smile kits filled with toothpaste, toothbrushes, and floss, along with kindness notes. They will also plan on presenting what they learned to the rest of FP in the coming weeks.
