High School Math Team Takes First Place in Manhattan at New York Math League Competition
The Dalton Math Team finished first in Manhattan and sixth in New York State at this year's Math League contest.
The team bested 13 fellow Manhattan-based schools and competed amongst a field of 75 statewide teams. The Math League contest encompasses six competition rounds occurring throughout the school year.
Special congratulations to High School juniors Thomas Breydo '23 and Kai Mawhinney '23, who tied for seventh in the state!
