Brooklyn-Based Chef Cameo Fucci Prepares Agnolotti with Students in Teaching Kitchen

Brooklyn-Based Chef and owner of Allora Pasta Co. Cameo Fucci visited the Teaching Kitchen on Thursday, October 13, and taught High School students in Culinary Fundamentals class how to make agnolotti from scratch.
A chef, educator, and pasta maker, Fucci began her career at a small Portuguese cafe in San Francisco in 2014 before making stops in kitchens in Maine, Boston, Italy, and finally here in NYC, where she was a member of the opening team at the Brooklyn restaurant Misi.

On Thursday, she led students through the entire pasta-making process from kneading the dough to plating. The final product, a spinach cilantro agnolotti, turned out delicious!
