Spellbinding Success!

The Spelling Bee, a test of linguistic skills and composure, saw students from grades 5-8 showcasing their word mastery. The champions, with their impressive spelling prowess, stood out in a crowd of talented students whose hard work and dedication were evident.

Let's not forget the unsung heroes—the students who may not have clinched the top spot but contributed to the overall spirit of the competition. Each participant played a vital role in making the event a success, and we applaud their courage and enthusiasm.

To the winners, Jiyaa “Gigi” Khemchandani ‘29 and Lily Kim-Yatter ‘28, and alternate, Jamie Lake ‘30, we say congratulations! Your victory is well-deserved, and we look forward to witnessing your continued success in the New York City finals this spring. To every participant, thank you for making the 10th Middle School Spelling Bee a showcase of talent, sportsmanship, and shared joy.
