APA’s Soju Night Success!
The APA Community kicked off the 2025 school year with an evening of Soju tasting with Master Sommelier Kyungmoon Kim.
Master Kim has been on a mission to showcase superior quality Soju in the US Market and has received accolades in Food & Wine magazine and managed the operations & beverage program at JUNGSIK restaurant, which has garnered 2 Michelin Stars. Learn more about Soju Sommelier here.
It was an educational evening with representation from all 3 divisions to build community, make new connections, and deepen existing ones. We hope you will join us for our next event in January for Lunar New Year 2025!
