5/6 Chorus & B'klyn Youth Chorus Group.
For a recent assembly the 5th & 6th Grade Chorus joined the Young Men's chorus group of the Brooklyn Youth Chorus. They are a group of tenor and bass voices aged 14 - 21 who perform regular concerts alone and with the larger main Brooklyn Youth Chorus. The Young men's chorus and their conductor, David Harris (husband of MS Music teacher Hannah Carr) led the 4th, 5th and 6th grades in some improvisation & beat-boxing and amazed them with some wonderful harmonies.
