Dalton Math Team Takes First Place In NYC

Tied for 5th place in the state, the Dalton HS math team impressed with a first place win for the Manhattan chapter of the New York Mathematics League. The contest was comprised of six monthly competitions over the school year. Math Department Chair Lisa Borenstein reported that all of Dalton's high school math team students participated and that the competition was stiff. There were 15 Manhattan teams represented with 150 teams statewide.
