Exterior work:

• Roof protection and alleyway sidewalk bridge erection at 120 East 89th Street

Interior Work: 

• Existing column reinforcement
• Selective pipe insulation abatement (reduction or lessening)
• Electrical relocation and new riser work

Street closure for crane work:

As a reminder, 89th Street (between Lexington and Park Avenue) will be closed for one day of crane work on June 27, 28 or 29 between 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Crane work will be performed during extended hours as permitted by DOB. During the full street closures, Dalton will have a minimum of six flag persons and security on the street 24-hours a day to facilitate emergency vehicular access and safe pedestrian passage. Advance notice will be provided. 

Construction Hours: 

Work will occur during normal DOB construction hours on weekdays from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM with no exterior work commencing prior to 8:00 AM. No project deliveries will occur prior to 7:30 AM on weekdays. Saturday work will be communicated in advance to neighbors and is subject to DOB approval. Permitted construction hours on Saturday are from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
