Expected Construction Activities: 12/1/17 - 12/16/17

Our construction team will complete the new water service installation in front of the building over the next two weeks. Saturday work is planned for 12/2, 12/9, and 12/16. 
This work is a planned part of the expansion and we anticipate no impact on our neighbors' water pressure. Temporary metal plates will cover exposed areas until concrete work restores the street.

Our construction team will coordinate building access and deliveries. We anticipate minimal impact to building access, vehicular traffic, and pedestrian walkways.
 
Saturday work: 
As outlined above, exterior work is planned for December 2, 9 and 16 from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM pending DOB approval.
 
Weekday construction hours: 
Construction work will occur during normal DOB construction hours on weekdays from 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM with no exterior work beginning prior to 8:00 AM. No project deliveries will be permitted before 7:30 AM. All dates and times are subject to change as weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances may impact the progress of work.
