The Faculty and Staff gathered for Professional Development Day 2018, a day-long learning experience that put them back into the role as students. Nearly one year ago, the Dalton Professional Development Planning Committee, a team of hard-working faculty, staff and administrators started their collaboration to prepare for ProDev '18, an adventure that took place on Tuesday, February 20.
The Committee put together an array of workshops for a full day of thought-provoking and enriching sessions. Many presenters came from our own community. More than 75 faculty, administrators, staff and alumni led or facilitated over 65 workshops. During our morning sessions, presenters highlighted equity expertise and practice in the Dalton classroom and community. Afternoon sessions centered on wellness, self-care and personal enrichment.
We thank each committee member for a rewarding and successful Professional Development Day 2018!
