First Graders Put Their Stamp on the Little Dalton Post Office
Every year during the month of February, students in House 46 operate the Little Dalton Post Office to raise money for a charity of their choice. This year, students decided to donate all proceeds to the Wildlife Conservation Society, an organization that protects endangered animals and their habitats.
The post office has become a well-loved tradition. Writing letters brings our Little Dalton community together. It is also an enjoyable way to improve math, reading, and writing skills and understand the importance of serving the community. Please encourage your child to write letters and respond to the letters that they receive in order to support this cause. Stamps, postcards, and envelopes are 10 cents each.
