Health & Wellness Program Offers Wide Array of Workshops for Dalton Parents/Caregivers

In its ninth year, the Health & Wellness Department is thrilled to offer another wonderful lineup of speakers partnering with parents/caregivers this school year.
"The diverse topics that will be covered are relevant to our current climate and are designed to equip parents/caregivers with tools to navigate various health experiences on the home front,” says Director of Health and Wellness Justine Ang Fonte.

Please visit the new Health & Wellness Resource Page for a list of all upcoming Dalton workshops including those being conducted nationwide—all pertaining to children’s wellness.

We also hope you enjoy the video from the FP/MS Health & Wellness workshop held on Thursday, October 8 on “Fostering Connection in Disconnected Times” with Dr. Nanika Coor. All workshops along with past presentations from previous years are recorded and posted on the resource page.

We look forward to seeing you at our upcoming workshops!

About Dalton’s Health & Wellness Program

Dalton’s Health & Wellness Program is committed to cultivating the students’ authentic selves and equipping them with the skills to mindfully navigate their social landscape. By reflecting on their community, mental health, sexuality, and nutrition through a social justice and health science lens, students examine their identity, values, and role as an ally to affect change and make healthy decisions that impact the physical, emotional and social self.
