Avery Leppo '24 Earns Honors in Mandarin Video Competition

High School junior Avery Leppo '24 earned third-place honors in the international short-video competition, 我与我的中国故事 (My China Story).
Avery began studying Mandarin at Dalton as a freshman; this inspired her passion for the world language and led to this creative project, which she submitted last year as a sophomore. 

The contest is held annually by Tsinghua University, a top-notch university in China, and HSK, an official Mandarin proficiency test institute sponsored by the China government.
