Dr. Jackie Faherty Spoke to Middle School on Astronomy and The Universe
Jackie Faherty, PhD, of the American Museum of Natural History spoke to the Middle School on Friday, October 1, 2010.
Dr. Faherty, an expert on low mass stars, and brown dwarfs, demonstrated a remarkable piece of software which took students on a voyage throughout the solar system and into the entire known universe. The students were utterly engaged.
