Dalton Seeking a New Study Exchange Opportunity in Shanghai

May 14, 2012 - Jim Best, Associate Head of School and Mona Zhao, Director of Confucius Classroom welcomed Mr. Wang Deyao, Chairman and Vice principal, and Mr. Chang Qianghua, Director of International Division, distinguished visitors from the High School Affiliated to Fudan University, in Shanghai.
The meeting laid the groundwork for a new exchange relationship under the umbrella of the Dalton Global Initiatives program. This will be the second school available for Dalton students to study in China. The other school, The Second High School Attached to Beijing Normal University is in Beijing. Ms. Zhao and Mr. Best visited Fudan University in March of 2012 to investigate the possibility of building this new exchange. 

During their time here, the Chinese administrators enjoyed a productive meeting with Mr. Best and Ms. Zhao to form a plan for outlining the details of the exchange. Afterward, the visitors took a brief tour of both Big Dalton and Little Dalton.
