Middle School Robotics Team Competes at First Lego League Championships
Three Dalton middle school robotics teams competed and in a field of almost 80 teams from all 5 boroughs and took home LEGO trophies for 1st Place in Programming and 3rd Place for Strategy and Innovation in Robot Design. This was the New York City First Lego League Championship, which was held on Saturday April 5, at the Jacob Javits Convention Center. http://www.nycfirst.org/programs/fll.
The 7-8th grade robotics teams move on for their next challenge and take their autonomous creations to Bridgewater, NJ for the RoboCup Junior Soccer and Rescue Competition. Link: http://www.rcjnynj.org
