Beautiful Day for 2nd Annual Pride Picnic

The Dalton PA's Gay and Lesbian Parent Group hosted the 2nd Pride Picnic on June 1, 2014 in Central Park.  The GLPG was joined by faculty, allies, and families (old and new) for a day of picnics, frisbees, friendship, and fun.
Children of all ages -- from those entering Kindergarten in the Fall to those graduating this month -- enjoyed the beautiful day and the opportunity to get together.  The Daltonics, the PA chorus, lent their voices to the day as they serenaded the group in song.   We hope to see you at next year's picnic as we continue this tradition of gathering in celebration of pride and community.
