In an exciting meet that came down to the final relay, Fieldston bested the Dalton Tigers in their first Ivy League dual meet.  The Dalton boys jumped out to an early lead finishing first and second in the medley relay, but Fieldston fought back by going 1-2-3 in the 50 free, and the Tigers were never able to recover.  Freshman David Torres scored victories in in the 100 fly and 200 IM, breaking the pool record (previously held by Muneki Kamata, Dalton '07) in the IM.  Sophmores Chalie Lovett and Adam Spinosa also picked up a couple of victories in the 200 Free and 100 Breast and 100 Free and 100 Back respectively, and Zhaarn Maheswaran finished first in the 500 free.  On the girls side, Abby Hahn reset her own team and pool records in the 200 IM.  SummerStar Gray also had a great meet dropping a total of 14 seconds in her two events.  The final scores were:  Boys Fieldston 86-Dalton 81, and Girls, Fieldston 102-Dalton 47.
