Dalton Shows Tenacity against HM

The Dalton Tigers fell to Horace Mann after 2 grueling games.  The Tigers perservered through the first game, coming from behind and putting a 6 point lead on Horace Mann, however HM is an agressive team and they were not going to allow the Tigers to take the game away from them.  It was a close game until the end when Horace Mann broke away and defeated the Tigers 17-25.  Hannah Usdan helped to keep the Tigers alive in the first game with her excellent serving and defense.  Emily Madoff also had an excellent game serving several tough serves over the net to keep the Tigers in the game.  The second game was a tough one for the Tigers, the Tigers were defeated by Horace Mann 5-25, Horace Mann came out strong and held their early lead the eintre game.  The Tigers are looking forward to their next game this Wednesday against Riverdale, hoping to defeat them for the second time this season.
