Erica Klein, Trustee
Erica Klein is Executive Director of the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School, where she oversees the Center’s strategy, programs and projects, fundraising and operations. She joined the Center from Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, where she worked for nearly a decade in the Corporate Practice, including most recently with a focus on corporate governance. Erica previously worked in the Strategic Planning Department of The Walt Disney Company and the Communications, Media, and Entertainment Group of the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs.
Erica received a J.D. from Harvard Law School and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. She received an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College, where she was elected to Phi Beta Kappa. Erica serves on the Harvard College Fund Executive Committee and previously served on the Harvard Alumni Association Board of Directors. She also is a founder of the Harvard Alumnae Engagement Initiative, which builds community in NYC. Erica is a Trustee on the Dalton Board. She previously served on the Dalton Council, for which she co-chaired task forces on summer programming and professional development. Erica also enjoyed serving as a House Representative for several years for her children, now in FP and MS.
