Dalton Varsity Softball Tops Riverdale

The Tigers defeated the Riverdale Falcons 11–3, fueled by a six-run fifth inning and strong performances throughout the lineup. Junior Mackenzie Mortman led the offense with three hits and three runs, while senior Ava Rubinstein chipped in a triple and three RBIs. Junior Alex Wing added two hits, and senior Montana Owens made her presence felt on the basepaths with four steals and two runs scored. The win marks Dalton’s seventh of the season as they head into the second half of their schedule.
