Dalton Girls Track & Field Repeats as NYSAIS Champions

After finishing in first at the PSAA Championship meet on May 13 and winning the Ivy League championship a week earlier, Dalton entered the NYSAIS Championship meet as the favorite.

Dalton scored 120.50 points at the championship meet as a team, a record-high performance that included 22 all-state finishes. Amongst them, Dalton had three state champions, with Dani Jefferson '24 winning the 400, Nyla Blake-Soden '25 the triple jump, and the 4x100 team of Greta Frischling '25, Sasha Galbraith '24, Agie Chan '23, and Nicole Swan '23 taking the title. Dalton had three athletes and one relay team qualify for the New York State championship meet on June 9-10.
